We are proud to provide a safe and supportive environment to learn and practice yoga.
We suggest you make yourself familiar with our terms and conditions below.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking into and attending a class or workshop with us you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Late entry is not possible – studio doors close at the advertised start time and we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early.
Please check in with your teacher before each class.
All personal belongings must be stored away and mobile phones switched off.
Jeeva Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings
All classes must be paid for before participation.
We will always look after our students but are not liable for any personal injury.
Please do not attend class if unwell.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time we feel it necessary.

PURCHASES AND REFUNDS

Prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
All purchases are final and all passes and memberships are non-transferable.
No refunds on unused passes, memberships or for no-shows to classes
Prior notice is required to cancel or pause membership
Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
Class passes cannot be shared.
The introductory offer is a one-time offer and is valid for 13 days after your first class.

Jeeva Yoga is committed to protecting your personal information.
We won’t share your information or spam you.
All credit card details are encrypted and never made visible.
You should notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account.
