Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Mats are available to hire (gold coin donation to Scruffer Lovers Animal Rescue) or purchase.
What can I expect in the yoga room?
The yoga room is shoe-free and phone-free. Please remove your shoes and turn off your phone before entering.
We encourage questions and discussions but ask that these occur before or after class. The yoga room is a quiet zone; socialising is welcome in the reception area.
What if I am late to class?
For your first class, arrive 10–15 minutes early. For future classes, arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late entry is not permitted as the main door locks at the start of class.
Can I leave class early?
Please plan to stay for the entire class. If you feel unwell, notify the teacher for assistance.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available at the rear of the studio, with entry via Franklin Avenue.
What if I don’t have a yoga mat?
Mats are available for hire for a gold coin donation (donation to Scruffer Lovers Animal Rescue).
Can I stay after class?
You’re welcome to stay for quiet time after class, but note that teachers will clean the studio during this time.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer private sessions outside regular hours for rehabilitation, meditation, specific goals, or personalised practice. Contact us for rates.
Can I bring my child to class?
Our classes are for ages 16 and over.
Can I share my pass or membership?
Passes and memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the person they are assigned to.
Is drinking water available?
Filtered drinking water is available. Please bring a reusable bottle as part of our zero-waste commitment.
