Pragati (Prags) ~ Owner & Founder
Pragati has been practicing yoga for 20 years and considers herself a lifelong student. Pragati uses the basis of Ashtanga Yoga, with the addition of Functional Range Conditioning and Strength. Her classes focus on building strength, endurance, and confidence in what your body can do—not how it looks.

Dani has been teaching for two decades and is trained in Dru Yoga. She has a deep faith in ancient practices and the wisdom they offer about the body. With a background in dance, her classes embrace movement as a path to healing and alignment. Dani is currently covering classes, so attending one is a special treat.
-
Lily ~ Senior Yoga Teacher
Lily began teaching yoga nearly 15 years ago, shortly after moving to Australia. Having practiced various styles in Canada, yoga helped her navigate the challenges of a big move. She has trained in Myofascial Release (MFR), Thai yoga massage, and Yin, bringing a well-rounded approach to her classes. Lily aims to make yoga accessible to all.
-
Bailie ~ Yoga Teacher
Bailie grew up dancing but finds yoga to be the practice she loves most. She loves building strength, mental clarity, and the meditative side of yoga. Her teaching is enriched by Yin yoga and Sound healing, which she added after completing her Yoga training.
-
Emily ~ Yoga Teacher
Emily started yoga to incorporate more movement into her life, but what kept her coming back was the self-awareness she found through her practice. Her own practice is centered around mindfulness and self-compassion, and she hopes her students leave her classes feeling grounded, connected, and present.
-
Simon ~ Yoga Teacher
Simon has practiced yoga for around 20 years and recently completed his teacher training, specializing in both general and Yin yoga.
